A transparent conductive film, comprising: a transparent substrate; the transparent substrate comprising a body and a flexible substrate; the flexible substrate having a width smaller than the width of the body; the body comprising a sensing area and a border area located at the edge of the sensing area; a flexible transparent substrate arranged on the conduction line; a first conductive layer and a second conductive layer arranged on opposite sides of the sensing area; the first conductive layer comprising a first conductive wire intersecting itself; the second conducting layer comprising a second conducting wire intersecting itself; a first feed-through electrode and a second feed-through electrode arranged in the border area; the first conductive layer and the conduction line are electrically connected by means of the first feed-through electrode; the second conductive layer and the conduction line are electrically connected by means of the second feed-through electrode. The described transparent conductive film arranges the first conductive layer, the second conductive layer, and the conduction line on the same transparent substrate, thus forming the conductive film and flexible circuit board; it is unnecessary to use lamination techniques to laminate the conductive film and the flexible circuit board, and productivity is improved.
