The present invention relates to a substrate combination process of combining substrates using a hot press during the manufacture of an FPCB, and more specifically, to a jig capable of easily and precisely adhering subsidiary materials such as a coverlay, a stiffener, or a conductive film to a FPCB raw material. The purpose of the present invention is to safely, easily, and simply pull a high-heated jig out of the hot press in the substrate combination process during the manufacture of the FPCB. According to the present invention, it is possible to prevent the jig from being deformed by compression of the hot press since cushion members are installed on the top of the jig where subsidiary jigs are combined at constant intervals. Also, since non-conductive handles are installed at both frontal sides of the jig, a worker can easily and safely pull the jig heated by the hot press. Therefore, the jig of the present invention is useful to prevent failures occurring during combination of substrates by protecting the substrates and the subsidiary materials adhered to the substrates, and to safely pull the high-heated jig out.
|
