PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a cleaning and dust-removing cloth that enables small dust to be easily scooped up from a wiping object and easily cleaned, and a method of manufacturing the same.SOLUTION: A cleaning and dust-removing cloth includes a base cloth 2 that is formed of a plurality of filaments 21, and a pressure sensitive adhesive that is bonded to the base cloth 2. Each of the filaments 21 comprises a plurality of protrusions 22 that are formed along a circumferential direction in such a manner as to protrude in an outer peripheral direction, on the outer periphery of the same filament, and a recess 23 that is depressed with respect to a tangent P elongated to each of the two protrusions 22, between the two adjacent protrusions 22. |
