<p>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To reduce a burden of a user in grasping accurate fastening torque.SOLUTION: A first fastening force calculation part 34 of a gasket fastening calculation system calculates first fastening force on the basis of an effective width and an effective diameter corresponding to a designated size, designated pressure, and a gasket coefficient of a designated gasket. A second fastening force calculation part 35 calculates second fastening force on the basis of the effective width and the effective diameter, and minimum design fastening pressure of the designated gasket. A third fastening force calculation part 36 calculates third fastening force by multiplying a gasket contact area corresponding to the designated size by minimum fastening surface pressure corresponding to the designated gasket and a kind of internal fluid. A minimum fastening torque calculation part 37 calculates minimum fastening torque on the basis of the largest force among the first fastening force, the second fastening force and the third fastening force, and information about a bolt. A presentation part 43 presents the minimum fastening torque to a user.</p> |
