PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a surface emitting lighting having a structure which allows a worker to easily hold the surface emitting lighting during attachment or detachment and makes the worker less likely to contact with a light emitting surface during work, and to provide an attachment/detachment method of the surface emitting lighting.SOLUTION: A surface emitting lighting includes: a plate-like surface emitting part which emits light from at least one surface; and an auxiliary member including a holding part which can be held by one hand. The auxiliary member may be attached to or detached from the surface emitting part or stored in an area in the surface emitting part except a light emitting surface. The surface emitting lighting may be carried by holding the holding part with a hand. |
