PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an external preparation for skin or health food combined with plant placenta extracts which have an anti-aging or whitening action, being excellent in safety, stability and efficacy.SOLUTION: A function of plant placenta extracts, which has never confirmed before, i.e., an anti-aging or whitening action, is found. A composition containing one or more kinds of the group consisting of the above extracts can be used in an external preparation for skin or health food. |
