<p>[Problem] To provide an automatic thread fastening control method and device for an electric driver configured so as to perform thread fastening work by connecting a driver bit to the drive output shaft of an electric motor via a torque limiter, wherein the method and the device are established so that correct thread fastening states and various incorrect thread fastening states in thread fastening work can be easily and reliably confirmed and assessed. [Solution] In thread fastening work using an electric driver (10), when beginning a specified thread fastening work, the amount of rotation (Rm) of a driver bit (20) or an electric motor (12) at the time of a torque increase action by a torque limiter (18) is detected. Said amount of rotation is set as the target amount of rotation (including a tolerance) (Rm±α). The quality of various thread fastening states in subsequent thread fastening work is determined by detecting the amount of rotation (Rt1) of the driver bit or electric motor at the respective torque increase action timepoints and comparing with the target amount of rotation.</p> |
