The objective of the present invention is to provide a battery cooling device of an electric vehicle which can cool heat of a battery stack with a simple constitution. To achieve the objective, the battery cooling device of an electric vehicle, which has a battery stack, comprises: a heat exchange unit mounted in the battery stack; and a fixing unit to fix the heat exchange unit to the battery stack, wherein the heat exchange unit includes multiple plates each of which has one or more passages, and the plates are welded in a state that the passages face each other.
