<p>The present invention relates to a CMOS image sensor having high sensitivity , broad dynamic ranges, and pixels capable of controlling a photo diode reset voltage, and comprises; a photo diode for generating a charge; a charge-amplifying transistor and a feedback capacitor for converting the generated charge into voltage; a reset transistor for resetting the photo diode and the feedback capacitor; a reset control terminal for controlling the photo diode reset voltage; and two select transistors for selecting unit pixels.</p> |
