The present invention provides a method for manufacturing a thermoelectric material with a high thermoelectric property and a high mechanical property. The method for manufacturing the thermoelectric material according to one embodiment of the present invention includes the steps of: supplying a raw material for a TAGS-based thermoelectric material; forming TAGS-based powder by rapidly solidifying the raw material for the TAGS-based thermoelectric material using gas atomization; and forming the TAGS-based thermoelectric material by forming the TAGS-based powder.
