PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an optical display device production system capable of reducing a frame part on the periphery of a display area to enlarge a display area and reduce the size of apparatuses, and suppressing the adhesion of dust to a lamination face of an optical member.SOLUTION: An optical display device production system includes: a primary bonding device that bonds first faces of a plurality of optical display components on a belt-like primary optical member sheet having a larger width than the width of a display area of the optical display components; a detection device that detects the outer peripheral edge of the lamination face of the primary optical member sheet and optical display components; a primary cutting device that cuts and separates a part corresponding to the lamination face from a surplus part along the outer peripheral edge to cut out a primary optical member laminate; and a secondary bonding device that cuts along the width direction of a belt-like secondary optical member sheet having the width corresponding to the display area to form secondary optical members having the size corresponding to the display area, and then bonds the secondary optical member on second faces of the optical display components of the primary optical member laminate while conveying the plurality of secondary optical members with a separator sheet as a carrier. |
