PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a connector in which a flexible printed circuit board (FPC) can be incorporated by automatic transfer, and a stable contact pressure can be obtained between the flexible printed circuit board and a terminal.SOLUTION: A connector includes a plurality of first and second terminals 10, 20 juxtaposed alternately, and the first and second terminals 10, 20 has contacts 13, 23 electrically coming into contact with pads 201, 202 of an FPC 200, mounting parts 11, 21 electrically coming into contact with a terminal 301 of a substrate 300, and intermediate portions 10a, 20a for connecting the contacts 13, 23 and the mounting parts 11, 21, respectively. The contacts 13, 23 are arranged along a first column A1 and a second column A2 offset each other in the insertion direction of the FPC 200, and the intermediate portion 10a of the first terminal 10 has an overlapping region 15 formed along the first column A1 so as to overlap an adjacent second terminal 20 at least partially. |
