PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a base plate into which a bolt can be easily screwed even when accuracy of a laminated rubber loading position is low.SOLUTION: Conventionally, since a bolt cannot be displaced because a nut is fixed, there is no adjustment method except movement of a base plate. According to the present invention, since the presence of a clearance around the nut makes the bolt movable, adjustment width can be easily increased by individually moving the nut. Consequently, the bolt can be easily screwed into the nut even when a flange plate position slightly deviates from a base plate position due to low laminated rubber loading accuracy. |
