PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a curable silicone emulsion composition which, without using an organotin compound-based curing catalyst, provides comparable curability, and comparable physical properties of a coating film after curing including hardness, tensile strength and elongation.SOLUTION: There is provided a curable silicone emulsion composition which comprises: (A) 100 pts.mass of an organopolysiloxane containing a hydroxyl group bonded to at least two silicon atoms in one molecule; (B) 0.01 to 5 pts.mass of an organohydrogenpolysiloxane containing at least two silicon atom-bonded hydrogen atoms in one molecule; (C) 1 to 10 pts.mass of a reaction product of an amino group-containing organoalkoxysilane and an acid anhydride; (D) 0.1 to 10 pts.mass of an epoxy group-containing organoalkoxysilane and/or a partial hydrolysis-condensation product thereof; (E) 0.5 to 50 pts.mass of colloidal silica; (F) 0.1 to 10 pts.mass of a bismuth compound; and (G) 50 to 500 pts.mass of water. |
