摘要 PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a steering control device which reduces labor required for an operation of evaluating and preparing a feel upon steering.SOLUTION: A converter 221 converts an estimated load Tx into a lateral acceleration Ay by multiplying a conversion coefficient Ktrns to the estimated load Tx prepared by a load estimator 21. A code extractor 222 extracts a code of lateral acceleration Ay, an absolute value calculator 223 determines an absolute value |Ay| of the lateral acceleration. A target calculator 224 determines an absolute value |Tid| of a target steering torque in accordance with the extent of the absolute value |Ay| of the lateral acceleration by using a conversion map. A code adder 225 outputs a result obtained by multiplying a code extracted by the code extractor 222 to the absolute value |Tid| of the target steering torque outputted by the target calculator 224 as the target steering torque Tid. When evaluating and preparing the conversion map, an operator can execute an operation in dependence upon sensible and familiar information such as the lateral acceleration Ay.
