The invention relates to a method for relubricating a grease-lubricated rolling-element bearing (5, 6) of a system (1) having a drive unit (2), which method has the following characteristics: at least one operating parameter of the rolling-element bearing (5, 6) is detected, at least one operating parameter of the drive unit (2) is detected, on the basis of the different operating parameters concerning states inside and outside of the rolling-element bearing (5, 6), aging of the lubricating grease contained in the rolling-element bearing (5, 6) is determined and a signal for relubrication of the rolling-element bearing (5, 6) is generated. |
