where Ta is the expansion initiation temperature (°C) of the thermally expandable hollow particles, and
the maximum curing temperature TB (°C) of the paint, expressed as a temperature at which the attenuation rate by the rigid pendulum viscoelasticity test of the paint reaches a peak, satisfies Tb - 10 ‰¤ TB ‰¤ Tb + 10
where Tb is the maximum expansion temperature (°C)
of the thermally expandable hollow particles. Because of these features, a metal cap, which is excellent in grip and openability even when dew condensation occurs on the cap, and which is also excellent in scratch resistance, is provided with high efficiency. |
