The present invention relates to a wireless charging apparatus, of which a wireless charging coil is integrated with a case, and to an electronic device having the same. The wireless charging apparatus according to the present invention includes: a case which makes an outer appearance of a product, and contains magnetic powder; a coil pattern which is formed on the outer surface of the case; a contact pad which is formed on the internal surface the case; and a via which is formed inside the case and electrically connected to the contact pad and the coil pattern.
