摘要 <p>The present invention relates to core/doping shell/shell quantum dots and to a preparation method thereof. More specifically, the core/doping shell/shell quantum dots prepared by an environmentally friendly and effective preparation method selectively regulates emission wavelength according to the content of doped Mn based on Zn included in a first shell, thereby being applicable to fields where various luminaries are used. Also, the present invention has excellent quantum yield, minute quantum dots in which the particle size of quantum dots is under 5 nm, and excellent crystallization and solubility, thereby being applicable to an optical semiconductor, a light emitting diode, a solar cell, etc.</p>
