<p>The present invention is a terminal (2) for a capacitor (60), a forming method for the same, an opening sealing plate provided for that terminal, and a capacitor. The terminal is formed by press working a terminal member (24). At least surface layers (36-1, 36-2) are removed from the terminal member (24) in a processing area for a following step, and the processing area from which the surface layers (36-1, 36-2) have been removed is formed by press working. Thus, the effects of metal pieces such as burrs arising in the press working are avoided, and a terminal with high working quality can be achieved.</p> |
