<p>An alcohol-based industrial fuel consists of the following components in weight percentage: methanol (65-70%), sugar refining waste liquid (10-15%), mineral spirit (5-8%), hydrogen peroxide (1-3%) with a content of 27.5%, dimethyl benzene (1.5-3%), phytate (1-3%), benzotriazole (1.5-2%), acetone (3-5%), ferrocene (0.01-0.05%), lavender oil (0.1-0.5%), and a rubber swelling inhibitor (1.5-2%). The method for preparing the alcohol-based industrial fuel comprises: introducing a specified amount of methanol into a blending tank, and sequentially introducing the mineral spirit, hydrogen peroxide, dimethyl benzene, phytate, benzotriazole, acetone, ferrocene and the rubber swelling inhibitor according to a proportion; waiting for 30 to 60 minutes; and introducing the sugar refining waste liquid and the lavender oil, stirring about 10 to 20 minutes, placing a cover, waiting for 2 to 4 hours at a normal temperature. The industrial fuel can completely replace diesel oil, nature gas, liquefied gas, coal and electricity in the field of industrial thermal combustion, and has advantages of being high efficiency, environmentally friendly, safe, energy saving, stable in performance, and low in cost.</p> |
