<p>Provided is a USB hub having a non-contact gesture operating device with low consumption power, a fast algorithm for operation recognition, low manufacturing costs, and a simple operation recognition process. The present invention comprises: a light emitting unit which emits light; a light receiving sensor unit which comprises multiple light sensors which are alternately crossed, receives light reflected by a user motion by applying the light emitting unit as a light source, and converts optical signals for the user motion having information for the intensity and the angle of the received light into electronic signals; a micro control unit (MCU) which calculates a space coordinate for the user motion by receiving the electronic signals, determines the gesture operation for the user motion by using the space coordinate, and generates predetermined control signals which correspond to the gesture operation; and a communications unit which transmits the control signals to a computation device to offer the USB hub having the non-contact gesture operating device.</p> |
