PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide retardation increasing agent having excellent compatibility capable of adjusting a phase difference in a thickness direction in a positive direction by blending it in cellulosic resin, and applying large retardation, a cellulosic resin composition containing the retardation increasing agent and a film having excellent optical characteristics obtained from the cellulosic resin composition.SOLUTION: There is provided: retardation increasing agent comprising a specific urea derivative; a cellulosic resin composition configured by blending 0.1 to 30 pts.mass of retardation increasing agent or the retardation increasing agent, and a polyester compound in 100 pts.mass of cellulosic resin; and a film having excellent optical characteristics obtained from the cellulosic resin composition. |
