An impedance calculation part 3 calculates a complex impedance of a measured secondary battery 1. A deterioration factor estimation part 4 estimates a deterioration factor of the measured secondary battery 1 on the basis of the reference data stored in the reference data holding part 2 and the output information of the complex impedance calculated by the impedance calculation part 3. |
