PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a micro channel reactor for a reaction fluid to cause photochemical reaction, having an increased throughput of the reaction fluid in photochemical reaction.SOLUTION: The microchannel reactor includes: a laminate 16 including a plurality of reaction plates 14 made of transparent material, each having a reaction fluid channel 20, i.e. a microchannel for a reaction fluid to pass through; and a light source plate 18 laminated on the laminate 16, which emits light from the surface adjacent to the laminate 16 so that the light is injected into the laminate 16. A photocatalyst for a reaction fluid to cause a photochemical reaction under exposure to light is supported on at least a part of the inner surface of the reaction fluid channel 20 formed in each of the reaction plates 14. |
