PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a mist generator capable of notifying an error according to a change rate of stored water temperature in a water storage chamber.SOLUTION: In start-up operation before starting mist operation, when stored water temperature in a water storage chamber detected by a stored water temperature sensor becomes the same value as air temperature detected by an intake air temperature sensor, a heating heater is switched to an OFF state and the stored water temperature is checked at each predetermined time. When the change temperature of the stored water temperature drops continuously by the same value, it is determined that the stored water temperature has entered a stable period in which the stored water temperature drops stably, and a temperature change rate, which is the rate of the change temperature for predetermined time, is calculated, and each error content according to the calculated temperature change rate is determined and notified. |
