PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an electrochemical machining tool and an electrochemical machining system which enable bent hole of a desired shape and a straight hole to be easily formed.SOLUTION: The electrochemical machining tool includes a tool body 10 including: an electrode 11 which is formed into a cylindrical shape extending along an axis O, is made of a conductive material having a flexibility, and has an inner flow passage FC in which electrolyte W flows toward the leading end side; and an insulating layer 12 coated on the outer circumferential surface of the electrode 11. In the tool body 10, a fluid lead-out hole 15 is formed which radially pierces the tool body 10 and leads out the electrolyte W flowing in the passage FC, radially outward. The electrochemical machining tool further includes a cylindrical member 17 for selectively opening and closing the fluid lead-out hole 15. |
