<p>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a novel brake gear for a hoist which suppresses the moving speed of a movable iron core by using a deformable elastomer to make collision noise silent.SOLUTION: A brake gear for a hoist is configured so that an elastomer is not compressed before reaching a specified position in the moving direction of a movable iron core and is compression-deformed through a movement from the specified position in the moving direction of the movable iron core. As the movable iron core moves, the elastomer is compressed to reduce the operation speed of the movable iron core, resulting in reduction of the collision noise. At the same time, the elastomer expands in the circumferential direction owing to the compression and comes in contact with the movable iron core, leading to attenuation of vibration of the movable iron core.</p> |
