<p>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an optical display device production system, and production method capable of reducing a frame part on the periphery of a display area to enlarge a display area and reduce the size of apparatuses.SOLUTION: An optical display device production system includes: a bonding device that lets out a belt-like optical member sheet having the width larger than the width of a display area of an optical display component from a raw fabric roll, and bonds the plurality of optical display components conveyed on a line on the optical member sheet, so as to form a lamination sheet; a detection device that detects, on the lamination sheet, the outer peripheral edge of the lamination face of the optical member sheet and optical display components for each of the plurality of optical display components; and a cutting device that cuts and separates, on the lamination sheet, a part corresponding to the lamination face of the optical member sheet from a surplus part outside the part along the outer peripheral edge of the lamination face, and cuts out optical members having the size corresponding to the lamination face from the optical member sheet, so as to cut out an optical member laminate including the single optical display component and the optical member overlapping the optical display component from the lamination sheet.</p> |
