<p>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a new radioactive contamination water decontamination method that enables radioactive cesium to be efficiently decontaminated from radioactive contamination water even when the radioactive contamination water of high salt concentration is served as processed water, and to enable facilitation of a post process after the radioactive cesium is adsorbed.SOLUTION: The radioactive contamination water decontamination method is proposed that comprises: the steps of: bringing radioactive contamination water containing radioactive cesium, and radioactive cesium of salt concentration of more than 0.3w/v% into contact with a radioactive substance adsorption material A containing a poor solubility ferrocyanic compound, and causing the radioactive substance adsorption material A to adsorb the radioactive cesium; after cleaning the radioactive substance adsorption material A adsorbing the radioactive cesium in the step and decontaminating dissolved salt, bringing the radioactive substance adsorption material A into contact with acidic water and extracting the radioactive cesium absorbed by the radioactive substance adsorption material A into the acidic water; and bringing the acidic water having the radioactive cesium extracted in the step into contact with a radioactive substance adsorption material B containing zeolite.</p> |
