Disclosed are a container gate-out management server and a container gate-out service method using the same. The container gate-out service method according to an embodiment of the present invention comprises the steps of: receiving a container gate-out order including container gate-out information (including at least one among shipping company information, a D/O number, a B/L number, a container number, a container type, a container take-out deadline, and terminal information) from a shipping company terminal by a container gate-out management server; receiving container gate-out advance information (including at least one among a D/O number, a B/L number, transport company information, a container number, a container type, a container gate-out date, and terminal information) from a transport company terminal by the container gate-out management server; and determining whether to permit gate-out of a container by checking at least one of whether a transport company of the transport company terminal is a preregistered exclusive transport company or an authorized transport company and whether a gate-out deadline of the container has passed through the container gate-out advance information and the container gate-out order by the container gate-out management server.
