<p>A display panel and a display device with the display panel. The display panel comprises an array substrate (100) and a colour film substrate (200), wherein one side or more sides of the colour film substrate (200) are provided with a circuit connection unit (201) used for distributing display panel input circuits; and the circuit connection unit (201) extends out of the edge of the array substrate (100). The display device comprises the display panel. It depends on a region of the colour film substrate where the display panel grows to substitute a front shell in the prior art, so as to realize the purpose of preventing light leakage. Therefore, the front shell can be omitted from the display device, or only a front shell with a very small width is arranged to laminate each substrate, thereby really achieving a structure design of the display device with no front shell. Moreover, the maximum display effect that the display region is visually greater than the array substrate can be realized, so that the visual effect of the display device is more beautiful.</p> |
