<p>Provided is a tube for medical use that: exhibits no leakage of plasticizers such as phthalic acid esters; comprises a non-chloride vinyl resin material; and that exhibits superior flexibility, transparency, heat resistance, suitability for infusion pumps, chemical stability, resistance to bending (kinks), and tube recovery characteristics (resistance to forceps) in addition to low absorption/adsorption of drugs and little tendency to self-adhere. The present invention is a multi-layer tube for medical use comprising at least a support layer and an internal layer, in which the support layer occupies at least 50% of the total layer thickness of the tube and the resin used for the support layer is a cross copolymer that satisfies specific conditions. The multi-layer tube for medical use is characterized by exhibiting superior flexibility, transparency, heat resistance, suitability for infusion pumps, chemical stability, resistance to bending (kinks), and tube recovery characteristics (resistance to forceps) in addition to low absorption/adsorption of drugs and little tendency to self-adhere.</p> |
