PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a high-frequency hardening apparatus which can improve the working environment of an operator and achieve energy saving by utilizing the heat of hardening water having cooled work.SOLUTION: High-temperature hardening water which has been jetted and supplied to work 3 and recovered into a recovery pan 5 is supplied to heat conduction piping 9 arranged under a floor 10 at the standing position of an operator. The hardening water passing through the heat conduction piping 9 heats the floor surface at the standing position 10 and itself decreases in temperature. The hardening water decreased in temperature is recovered into a hardening water recovery tank 11, which suppresses temperature rise of the hardening water stored in the hardening water tank 11.
