PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a manufacturing device of an optical member lamination body capable of properly cutting a cutting object in a desired size.SOLUTION: The manufacturing device includes: a lamination device for forming a lamination sheet by laminating an optical member sheet larger than a display area of an optical display part to the optical display part; a detection device for detecting the outer peripheral edge of a lamination surface between the optical member sheet and the optical display part in the lamination sheet; and a cutting device for cutting out an optical member lamination body including the optical display part and an optical member superposed on the optical display part from the lamination sheet, by cutting out the optical member having a size corresponding to the lamination surface from the optical member sheet, by cutting off a part corresponding to the lamination surface of the optical member sheet and its outside excess part along the outer peripheral edge in the lamination sheet. The cutting device is constituted of a laser beam irradiator, and cuts the optical member sheet that is an irradiation object by a laser beam irradiated from the laser beam irradiator.
