<p>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To enhance the thermoelectric conversion efficiency in a thermoelectric conversion element having an organic semiconductor layer.SOLUTION: A thermoelectric conversion element 10 comprises an organic semiconductor layer 110, and electrodes 120 and 130. The electrodes 120 and 130 are power extraction electrodes, and connected with each other via the organic semiconductor layer 110. An area of a region opposed to the organic semiconductor layer 110, of one of the electrodes 120 and 130 (e.g., the electrode 130), is larger than that of a region opposed to the organic semiconductor layer 110, of the other (e.g., the electrode 120).</p> |
