<p>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a high luminance organic electroluminescent element with high luminous efficiency.SOLUTION: The organic electroluminescent element includes: a substrate 7; a pair of electrodes 1 and 2 formed over the substrate 7 and at least either one of the two is light transmissive; and at least three or more light-emitting units 4, where the three or more light-emitting units 4 are formed between the pair of electrodes 1 and 2. Each of the three or more light-emitting units 4 has a luminous layer 3 containing a green light-emitting material. In the three or more light-emitting units 4, at least one light-emitting unit 4 includes a red light-emitting material disposed therein, and at least one light-emitting unit 4 includes a blue light-emitting material disposed therein. In the three or more light-emitting units 4, at least one is formed as a fluorescent light-emitting unit 4F containing a fluorescent emission material; and in the three or more light-emitting units 4, at least one is formed as a phosphorescence light-emitting unit 4P containing a phosphorescent material.</p> |
