PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To attract passenger's attention to an object in a vehicle cabin at appropriate timing with appropriate frequency.SOLUTION: There is provided a vehicle cabin monitoring device 100 comprising a controller 10 that executes: an image acquisition function of acquiring a picked-up vehicle cabin image; a vehicle information acquisition function of acquiring vehicle information; an object detection function of detecting an object present in a vehicle cabin; an attention-degree calculation function of calculating a degree of passenger's attention to the detected object in the vehicle cabin on the basis of the acquired vehicle information; and an attract-attention function of outputting attract-attention information on the object in the vehicle cabin on the basis of the calculated attention degree to the passenger.
