<p>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an arm rest that is arranged in an automobile seat, has excellent cushioning performance and design performance, has light weight and enables cost reduction.SOLUTION: A belt-like body supported by a seat 30 and extended forwards includes an arm rest body 2 that is folded back at least on the front end side from the lower side to the upper side with a predetermined gap between the lower and upper sides and that has an elbow placement portion 2A formed on an upper surface thereof. When a load is applied to the elbow placement portion from the upper side to the lower side, repulsion force on the rear side is smaller than that on the front side.</p> |
