An electronic device includes a front case where a display unit is mounted, a rear case coupled to the front case and including at least one first restraint portion, a printed circuit board positioned between the front case and the rear case, and a shield-can made of a metal and positioned between the printed circuit board and the rear case, the shield-can including at least one second restraint portion corresponding to the at least one first restraint portion.
