This fuse unit (1) is provided with: a fuse element (13) having a passage hole (11) through which is passed a stud bolt (9) that protrudes from a battery terminal (7) secured to a battery post (5) protruding from the upper surface of a battery (3); and a resin body (17) integrally molded to the fuse element (13) by insert molding, and having an abutting part (15) that abuts a side surface of the battery (3). The passage hole (11) of the fuse element (13) is formed to a shape such that it is possible to pass the stud bolt (9) therethrough while abutting the side surface of the battery (3) and the abutting part (15) of the resin body (17), in multiple batteries (13) in which the battery post (5) is situated at different locations. |
