A perfusion integrated lithium ion battery pack, preparation method thereof and mould therefor. The lithium ion battery pack comprises a lithium ion battery pack core and a modified epoxy resin glue layer covered thereon. The epoxy resin glue layer is formed by integrated perfusion molding with liquid glue. The preparation method of the lithium ion battery pack comprises: putting the lithium ion battery pack core in the mould, a mould releasing agent is pre-sprayed on the wall of the mould; perfusing the modified epoxy resin glue solution which has been degassed into the mould, the modified epoxy resin glue solution surrounding the battery pack core; standing the mould where the modified epoxy glue solution is perfused, until the modified epoxy glue solution is solidified to be the solidified modified epoxy glue layer; removing the lithium ion battery pack from the mold by demoulding. The mould for encapsulation of the lithium ion battery pack comprises an upper mould and a lower mould; a first concave position is located on the lower surface of the upper mould, and a second concave position is located on the upper surface of the lower mould; a convex edge and a concave matching each other are located around the first concave position and the second position respectively; when the upper mould and the lower mould are oppositely match each other, the convex edge locates in the concave; the first concave position and the second concave position form a cavity. Application of the preparation method of the lithium ion battery pack is beneficial to reduce thickness, improve the structure firmness and hermetization of the shell of the battery pack. |
