<p>Disclosed are an image resolution conversion method and device, and a terminal. When resolution conversion is performed on an image, firstly, the resolution of an image to be converted can be converted into primary resolution by using relatively simple conversion processing; and then on this basis, the primary resolution is converted into target resolution by using a high-quality image conversion algorithm. Therefore, higher image resolution conversion quality can be obtained under lower calculation complexity, so that the system overhead can be reduced, and the conversion efficiency can be improved. Moreover, experience proves that the picture quality obtained by using the solution of the present invention is essentially close to that of the photoshop. The solution provided in the present invention is applicable to an embedded system and a PC platform.</p> |
