The present invention relates to a trolley used for leisure sports, which enables a person to ride the trolley and glide along a cable. According to the present invention, the trolley for leisure sports comprises: a frame which has first and second ends, is extended in a longitudinal direction of the cable, and is arranged under the cable; a pulley rolling along the top surface of the cable; a pulley mount installed between the first and second ends of the frame, is extended in the direction of the pulley on the frame, and allows the pulley to be rotated; a brake assembly installed between the first end of the frame and the pulley mount, has a brake pad which slides along the top surface of the cable and at least one idle wheel facing the brake pad by leaving the cable therebetween, and pressing the top surface of the cable in the direction of the brake pad; and a carriage which connects a user to the frame and installed between the second end of the frame and the pulley mount such that the brake pad can press the bottom surface of the cable by transferring a user′s weight to the point between the second end of the frame and the pulley mount. The trolley for leisure sports in accordance to the present invention can efficiently control the speed of a downhill and extend the service life of the brake pad by including the idle wheel to control a frictional force between the brake pad and the cable by coordinating with the brake pad. |
