<p>Provided is a non-water-based resin composition which has low foaming properties and, even when foaming does happen, excellent defoaming properties, and consequently makes it less likely that defects will be produced in a coating being formed. Also provided is a resin composition that affords excellent hardness, scratch resistance, transparency, and staining resistance, and forms a cured film that provides the durability thereof. The resin composition contains: a polymer having a hydroxyl group and fluoroalkyl group and a weight-average molecular weight 1,000 or higher; a hydrocarbon-based monomer comprising at least one species selected from (meth)acryloyl groups and vinyl groups; 0.01-25 wt% of a saturated hydrocarbon; and a solvent having an SP value 10.0 or lower.</p> |
