<p>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a foil transfer injection molding method in which even in a formed part of a three-dimensional shape and the formed part having an outline of a complicate shape, when a substrate film is peeled from the formed part integrated with a printed layer, the substrate film can be peeled from the formed part without that the printed layer is peeled from the formed part.SOLUTION: A resin is injected in a cavity space, a formed part is molded in the cavity space, then, binding of a transfer foil 7 by a foil holding plate 5 is cancelled, and the transfer foil 7 is released from tension, thereby slack is given to the transfer foil 7. Next, the transfer foil 7 is bound to a first metal mold 1 by the foil holding plate 5 again. After this, a substrate film 7a is peeled from a surface of the formed part by mold opening operation of the first metal mold 1 and a second metal mold 2.</p> |
