<p>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a fitting pedestal which can be thinned, in which a pedestal body and a cover have sufficient fitting strength, and both can be easily separated from each other without damaging the pedestal body and the cover after 'inspection fitting' at a production plant and 'trial fitting' before construction at a door assembly site.SOLUTION: In a fitting pedestal consisting of: a resin pedestal body (18) which is fixed to a door (12); and a metal cover (20) which is attached so as to cover the surface of the pedestal body (18), the pedestal body (18) comprises: a pawl part (18a) which is projected to the side face of the pedestal body and engaged to a sidewall (20b) of the cover (20); a slit-like through hole (18b) which is pierced along an outer edge of the pedestal body (18) in the back of the pawl part (18a) in the pedestal body (18); and a recess (18c) for inserting tools, which is provided at a position adjacent to the pawl part (18a) on the rear side surface of the pedestal body (18).</p> |
