摘要 <p>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To obtain a high quality captured image by extracting the feature points (e.g., an edge) with high accuracy, in an imaging device for extracting the feature points (e.g., an edge) of a subject from image data acquired by an image sensor.SOLUTION: An imaging apparatus includes a photographic optical system, an image sensor for acquiring image data by exposing a subject image, formed by subject luminous flux passed through the photographic optical system, and then converting it into an electric pixel signal, a drive unit for obtaining an optical low-pass filtering effect, by driving a lens constituting a portion of the photographic optical system or the image sensor in a direction orthogonal to the optical axis of the photographic optical system, and entering the subject luminous flux into a plurality of pixels having different detection colors of the image sensor, and a feature point extraction unit for extracting the feature points of the subject from the image data, when the image sensor acquires the image data, while the optical low-pass filtering effect is obtained by driving a lens constituting a portion of the photographic optical system or the image sensor by the drive unit.</p>
