<p>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a short peptide of 30 or less residues binding to a bZIP region of JUN, a human bZIP deeply concerned with canceration.SOLUTION: Provided is a peptide consisting of a specific amino acid sequence which is contemplated to forming a leucine zipper structure to associate with a moiety of 28 residues in length of N-terminal side in the bZIP region of 35 residues in length of JUN, and which has the maximum hydrophobic bonding, hydrogen bonding and salt bridge to the JUN region concerned, and which is modulated to stabilizeα-helix structure for itself. A polymeric material contains a peptide which allows chain molecules to bind to the N-terminal side or C-terminal side of the peptide, and which modifies the terminal of a side which is not bound to a peptide of the chain molecule to have a binding group which binds to a basal plate material, and which is modified to bind to the basal plate.</p> |
