Provided is a method for manufacturing a crystalline silicon solar cell module through a laser welding technique to connect crystalline silicon solar cells. The gas between an upper laminated layer and a lower laminated layer has the absolute pressure less than the atmospheric pressure by vacuuming between the upper laminated layer and the lower laminated layer, so one surface of the conductive solder ribbons is imposed the uniform pressure by utilizing the character that the gas pressure has the uniform pressure at the any point of the pressure surface, thereby any point between the other surface of the conductive solder ribbons and the surface of the electrodes of the crystalline silicon solar cells has the uniform closely physical contact to achieve the purpose that the conductive solder ribbons are closely adhered to the electrodes of the crystalline silicon solar cells. The uniform closely physical contact ensures that the heat is rapidly transferred to the contact electrodes of the crystalline silicon solar cells after the conductive solder ribbons accept the laser energy during the laser welding process, thereby the melted low-solubility alloy is moist and then cooled to solidify on the electrodes of the crystalline silicon solar cells, so the laser welding process is effectively completed. |
